einr\u00fchren. Die Vanilleschote auskratzen, die Schote mit dem Vanillemark in die Milch geben Die Milch ausk\u00fchlen lassen und die Schote entfernen. Das Schlagobers steif schlagen. Das Hanf-Proteinpulver in die Milch einr\u00fchren und das geschlagene Obers unterziehen. In der Eismaschine fertigstellen. Ohne Eismaschine die Masse in den Tiefk\u00fchler geben und alle 1,5 Stunden mit einem Mixer cremig r\u00fchren.<br \/>Tipp: Den Zuckeranteil kann man fein selbst bestimmen.
