Abk\u00fchlen lassen und in einen Blender f\u00fcllen. Die ger\u00f6steten gesch\u00e4lten Hanfk\u00f6rner dazu geben und ca. 30 Sekunden zu einer Paste mixen. Das Schlagobers steif schlagen, die Mascarponecreme glattr\u00fchren und die Hanfmasse L\u00f6ffelweise dazu r\u00fchren.
