putzen und klein schneiden, In einer Pfanne die Butter schmelzen und die klein geschnittenen Zwiebel darin anschwitzen. Die geputzten und klein geschnittenen Schwammerln dazugeben und mitschwitzen lassen, salzen, pfeffern und die Aromaten Majoran und Thymian dazugeben. Wenn das Wasser verdampft ist, mit dem Wein abl\u00f6schen etwas reduzieren lassen, die Milch und den Spinat dazugeben.<\/p><p>Wenn die Milch aufkocht den Polenta und den Hanf dazugeben, nochmals aufkochen lassen und auf kleiner Flamme ca. 10 ziehen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit den K\u00fcrbis halbieren, sch\u00e4len und die Kerne herausheben und mit dem groben Reibeisen reiben. Die Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen und das K\u00fcrbisgem\u00fcse dazugeben einmal durchr\u00f6sten und mit dem Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen.
