Die Filet auf der Fleischseite salzen und die Hautseite melieren, durch die verschlagenen Eier ziehen und in den Hanfsamen dr\u00fccken. In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne das Oliven\u00f6l erw\u00e4rmen und Fischfilets auf der Hautseite anbraten, wenden und warm stellen.<br \/> Die Tomaten kurz in hei\u00dfem Wasser blanchieren, sie Haut abziehen und entkernen. Aus den Tomaten kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, die Zwiebel in Scheiben schneiden. In einer Pfanne die Pinienkerne ohne Fett kurz durchr\u00f6sten und zur Seite geben.<br \/> In der Pfanne die Butter schmelzen und die Zwiebelscheiben darin anschwitzen. Nun die Tomatenw\u00fcrfel und die Pinienkerne dazugeben, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und die frisch gehackte Petersilie unterheben.<br \/> Die Nudeln in einen Topf mit viel Wasser a dente kochen und abseihen.
