Brandteigkrapferl:<\/strong><\/strong><br class=\"none\" \/>Wasser mit Butter und Salz aufkochen, Mehl und ger\u00f6stetes Hanfmehl einr\u00fchren und solange r\u00fchrten bis sich der Teig vom Geschirr l\u00f6st. die Bioeier langsam in den noch hei\u00dfen Teig einr\u00fchren.<br \/>Die Masse in einen Spritzsack geben und mit der gro\u00dfen Sternt\u00fclle gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Krapfen auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech spritzen und mit dem Hanfsamen bestreuen.<br \/>Bei 220\u00b0 ca. 15 Minuten backen. Die Krapferl in der Mitte durchschneiden und mit dem Vitaltopfen f\u00fcllen.<\/p><p><strong>Zubereitung Vitaltopfen: <\/strong>F\u00fcr den Vitaltopfen alle Zutaten miteinander vermischen.<\/p><p>Eine andere\u00a0 schmackhafte Variante ist:<\/p><p><strong>Bio \u2013 Schinkenmousse:<\/strong><\/p><p>250 g \u00a0Bioschinken<br \/>60 g Butter<br \/>\u00bc Bioschlagobers<br \/>4 Blatt Gelatine<\/p><p>Zubreitung: Den Bioschinken klein w\u00fcrfeln, im Cutter fein p\u00fcrieren und durch ein Sieb streichen. Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen und anschlie\u00dfend mit ein wenig Wasser warm aufl\u00f6sen und langsam unter das Schinkenmousse r\u00fchren. Geschlagenes Schlagobers untermengen und in einen Spritzsack mit gro\u00dfer Sternt\u00fclle f\u00fcllen.
