Das Pfeilwurzelmehl mit dem Mehl und dem abgek\u00fchlten Hanfmehl abwechselnd \u00a0mit dem Eischnee unter die Masse heben. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen, die Masse fingerhoch aufstreichen und im Rohr\u00a0 bei 160\u00b0 ca. 10 \u2013 12 \u00a0Minuten backen.\u00a0 Backpapier mit etwas Zucker bestreuen, das Biskuit aus dem Rohr nehmen verkehrt auf das Backpapier st\u00fcrzen.<\/p><p>Das Biskuit mit dem Papier straff einrollen.<\/p><p>Die Biskuitroulade ist bereit f\u00fcr die verschiedensten F\u00fcllungen.<\/p><p>Z.B. Marillenmarmelade passiert, Preiselbeeremarmelade, Cremes wie Schoko, Topfen, Mocca, Fr\u00fcchte-Joghurt.
