Die Steaks herausnehmen, in das auf 70\u00b0 vorgeheizte<br \/>Backrohr geben und ziehen lassen.<br \/>Die Weintrauben waschen, in der Mitte durchschneiden<br \/>und entkernen. Den Broccoli in kleine R\u00f6schen<br \/>teilen. In einer Pfanne die Butter aufsch\u00e4umen und<br \/>die Weintrauben und die Broccolir\u00f6schen darin kr\u00e4ftig<br \/>anschwitzen. Mit Balsamico abl\u00f6schen und mit Salz und<br \/>Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>Das Weintrauben-Broccoliragout auf den Teller geben<br \/>und das Kalbssteak drauflegen. Dazu passen Bratkartoffeln.<br \/>Tipp: Es ist ein I rrtum zu glauben, dass gesunde K\u00fcche<br \/>ausschlie\u00dflich fleischlos ist. Vielmehr ist eine ausgewogene<br \/>Mischkost die optimale Ern\u00e4hrung. Der Fleischanteil<br \/>sollte jedoch nicht gr\u00f6\u00dfer als ca. 100 g pro Portion<br \/>sein.
