Die Champignons grob hacken in hei\u00dfer Butter d\u00fcnsten und mit Salz, Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle w\u00fcrzen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p><p>Erkalteten Hirse und die ged\u00fcnsteten Champignons mischen, mit Salz Pfeffer, Majoran, Thymian, 1 gepressten Knoblauchzehe w\u00fcrzen, das Reismehl und das Ei dazu geben und gut durchr\u00fchren. Kleine Laibchen formen und in einer Pfanne mit hei\u00dfem Raps\u00f6l knusprig braten.<\/p><p>Die passierten Tomaten aufkochen, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch, Oregano w\u00fcrzen.
