Kombi-DG bei 100\u00b0 C 18 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen. Danach kalt abschrecken.<\/p><p>Den Ziegenhartk\u00e4se zu Rechtecken oder Quadraten schneiden oder mit einem runden Keksausstecher ausstechen.<\/p><p>Die Hanfk\u00f6rner in einer Pfanne vorsichtig trocken anr\u00f6sten. Die<\/p><p>Tomaten halbieren, die Kerne entfernen. Das Fruchtfleisch in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p><p>Das ei mit dem Mineralwasser verschlagen. Das Reismehl und die ger\u00f6steten Hanfk\u00f6rner jeweils in eine passende Sch\u00fcssel geben, nun die K\u00e4semedaillons einseitig zuerst in das Mehl dr\u00fccken, anschlie\u00dfend durch das Ei ziehen und dann in die Hanfk\u00f6rner dr\u00fccken. Mit der \u201epanierten\u201c Seite nach oben auf ein ungelochtes, ge\u00f6ltes Garblech geben.<\/p><p>Die Zwiebel abziehen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen, Zwiebel-und Tomatenw\u00fcrfel vermischen, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch und Bohnenkraut w\u00fcrzen und in eine ungelochte Garschale geben.
