Das Milchgemisch langsam in das Mehl einr\u00fchren und zu einem feinem Teig schlagen (bis sich der Teig vom Rand l\u00f6st). Teig ca. \u00bd Stunde rasten lassen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Das Hanfmehl und die N\u00fcsse in einem Topf leicht trocken anr\u00f6sten, mit Milch aufgie\u00dfen, Zucker, Honig, Rosinen, Vanille und Kuchenbr\u00f6sel dazugeben und einmal aufkochen lassen.<\/p><p>Den Teig zu einem ca. 2 cm hohen Rechteck ausrollen und mit der erkalteten Hanfmasse zu einem Drittel bestreichen.
