Semmelbr\u00f6sel mit gesch\u00e4lten Hanfsamen mischen. Eier, Semmelbr\u00f6sel-Hanfgemisch und Mehl in jeweils eine Sch\u00fcsselgeben. Eier verschlagen.<\/p><p>Fleisch mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Erst im Mehl, dann in den verquirlten Eiern und zum Schluss im Semmelbr\u00f6seln-Hanfgemisch w\u00e4lzen. Butterschmalz in einem Kochtopf leicht erhitzen.<\/p><p>Die panierten H\u00fchnerteile mit dem fl\u00fcssigen Butterschmalz bestreichen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Im Backofen bei 190\u00b0C Umluft 18 Minuten backen.
