Karottenw\u00fcrfel, Erbsen, Kartoffelw\u00fcrfel, wei\u00dfe Bohnen, \u00c4pfel, Gew\u00fcrzgurken und die Eiw\u00fcrfel mit der Mayonnaise, 1 EL Gew\u00fcrzgurkernsaft und dem Sauerrahm vermengen.<\/p><p>Die gewaschenen Radicchiobl\u00e4tter auf die Teller anrichten, den Heringssalat darauf platzieren mit dem Hanf\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und den Rest der Heringslappen rund um den Heringssalat platzieren.
