Danach die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che mit Mehl best\u00e4uben und den Teig d\u00fcnn ausrollen. Die Oberseite vom Teig auch mit Mehl einst\u00e4uben und zusammen rollen. Den Teig nun wie Frittaten in der gew\u00fcnschten St\u00e4rke schneiden, Oder mittels eine Nudelmaschine in die gew\u00fcnschte Form bringen. Auflockern und in hei\u00dfem Salzwasser bissfest kochen.<\/p><p>Den R\u00e4ucherlachs in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l etwas anbraten. Danach mit der Basissauce aufgie\u00dfen und den frischen Dill unterheben. Die Nudel mit einer Fleischgabel aufrollen und mit der R\u00e4ucherlachssauce napieren. Mit einem Str\u00e4u\u00dfchen frischen Dill anrichten.<\/p><p>Mein Tipp:<\/p><p>Anstatt R\u00e4ucherlachs k\u00f6nnen Sie auch frisches Lachsfilet verwenden. Nach dem Anbraten mit der Basissauce aufgie\u00dfen und ca. 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
