Die glatt ger\u00fchrte Marmelade und den Belag auf den Teig streichen und ca. 25 Minuten backen.<\/p><p>Danach aus dem Rohr nehmen etwas ausk\u00fchlen lassen und in gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige St\u00fccke schneiden. Das Backrohr auf ca. 160\u00b0 vorheizen.<\/p><p>Den Teig ca. 3 mm hoch auswalken und mit einem runden Ausstecher (\u00d8 ca. 5 cm)<br \/> Scheiben ausstechen. Das Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und mit den Scheiben belegen im vorgeheizten Backrohr ca. 11 Minuten backen. Die Kekse ausk\u00fchlen lassen, die H\u00e4lfte der Kekse mit der glatt ger\u00fchrten Ribiselmarmelade bestreichen und die restlichen Kekse darauf setzen.<\/p><p>Die Kochschokolade mit dem Schlagobers aufkochen und etwas reduzieren lassen.<\/p><p>Die Schokolade \u00fcberk\u00fchlen und die Kekse mit der Oberseite darin tauchen.
