class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>F\u00fcr den Nudelteig das Mehl, die Eier, das Salz und das \u00d6l zu einem geschmeidigen Nudelteig kneten. Bei Bedarf 1 bis 2 EL Wasser f\u00fcr mehr Geschmeidigkeit zuf\u00fcgen. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank rasten lassen. Die Karotte und gelbe R\u00fcbe sch\u00e4len, in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden und im DG bei 100\u00b0 C 10 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen. Danach kalt absp\u00fclen. Die H\u00fchnerbrust in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und mit dem Gem\u00fcse einmal im Fleischwolf fein faschieren. Zu der Fleisch-Gem\u00fcse-Masse die Eier und die Kr\u00e4uter geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Alles gut vermengen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-2c226b6\" data-id=\"2c226b6\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96bf47b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"96bf47b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Nudelteig ca. 2 mm d\u00fcnn auswalken, (am besten mit der Nudelmaschine) kleine Hanfbl\u00e4tter auf den Teig legen, zuklappen und nochmals auswalken und daraus 15 cm breite gleich lange Streifen schneiden. Auf eines dieser Teigbl\u00e4tter mit einem L\u00f6ffel kleine H\u00e4ufchen mit der Fleisch-Gem\u00fcse-F\u00fclle setzen. Danach den Teig rundum die F\u00fclle mit Wasser bestreichen und einen weiteren Teigstreifen dar\u00fcber legen. Fest andr\u00fccken und mit dem Ravioliausstecher oder einem Teigrad Ravioli ausschneiden. In einem gro\u00dfen Topf Wasser aufstellen, zum Wallen bringen, Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Ravioli in Etappen ziehen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit in einer Pfanne die gesch\u00e4lten Hanfn\u00fcsse leicht anr\u00f6sten und die Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p><p>Jetzt die Ravioli abseihen, in den Teller legen und mit der Hanfbutter napieren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
