Die H\u00fchnerrouladen in Sonnenblumen\u00f6l rundum anbraten und auf kleiner Flamme zugedeckt ziehen lassen.<\/p><p>Den Naturreis in Butter anschwitzen und mit dem Wasser und dem Hanf\u00f6l aufgie\u00dfen.<\/p><p>Den Naturreis nicht salzen und ca. 45 Min. d\u00fcnsten lassen.<\/p><p>Die Schwammerln in kleinen Portionen in Butter anbraten, salzen und pfeffern und damit den Reis am Teller sch\u00f6n dekorieren<br \/> Die Rouladen zweimal schr\u00e4g schneiden, am Teller anrichten mit der Energiesauce umkr\u00e4nzen.<\/p><p>Mit dem Dampfgarer oder Combid\u00e4mpfer:<\/p><p>Die Hanfbl\u00e4tter im Combid\u00e4mpfer bei 100\u00b0C und 100% Feuchte 2 Minuten blanchieren und danach kalt abschrecken.<\/p><p>Die fertig gerollten H\u00fchnerfilets auf ein emailblech legen und im Combid\u00e4mpfer 10 Minuten bei 100\u00b0C und 100% Feuchte d\u00e4mpfen, danach bei 180\u00b0C und 20% Feuchte fertigbraten.
