Die Masse zugedeckt f\u00fcr 30 Minuten k\u00fchl stellen.<br \/>Die Butter in einem Topf erw\u00e4rmen und einen ungelochten Garbeh\u00e4lter ausstreichen.<br \/>Mit nassen h\u00e4nden aus der Masse Kn\u00f6del formen und in den Garbeh\u00e4lter<br \/>legen. Im DG bei 100\u00b0 c 10 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen.<br \/>W\u00e4hrenddessen das Preiselbeerkompott auf Teller verteilen.
